June 2010 2600 Meeting

April Meeting, tomorrow

Just a reminder: Greater KC Area 2600 will meet tomorrow, April 2nd at the Oak Park Mall food court at about 5:00 PM.

Also, Kenton, one of the frequent 2600 attendees, will be giving a presentation at CCCKC on April 12th at 7:00 PM. He'll be discussing his Doctorate thesis work on DNS shenanigans, and I believe he'll also cover techniques to help make DNS tunneling more stealthy.

It's official: KC2600 will eschew the "First Friday" paradigm this month only, as most of us will be too tired to have a coherent meeting anyway. We'll have it on Jan 8th instead.

If, however, you're looking to ring in the new year with hacks, geeky movies, some beers and munchies, then come down to the Hacker Cave. You can probably expect people to be there by 7:00 PM (usual Thursday meeting time). Bring some snack food and beverages to share and if you like: a project to work on, show off, or get help with.

CCCKC is located at 3101 Mercier, about a half-mile east of Southwest Blvd on 31st St. Take the elevator down, and we're in suite 404.

January KC2600 Meeting - Delay it a week?

Due to 2600 Night falling on Jan. 1, several other 2600 chapters are considering bumping the meeting out one week, to fall on Jan. 8th. Some of us in KC are strongly considering it as well.
